What if our message is longer than the design allows?
Hiddot will suggest a shorter version that keeps your meaning. You approve the final words.
Can we change the message after we’ve approved it?
Small fixes are covered by your revision round. Replacing an approved message means rebuilding the letter path in the dots, so it counts as extra work. That’s why you approve the exact words first.
Does Hiddot send the email for us?
No. Hiddot creates the artwork, and you send it through the email platform you already use. Email design and sending aren’t included.
Can customers read the message in an email?
Yes. On a phone, they pinch to zoom. On a computer, they can open the image at full size. Each design has a letter limit so the message stays readable.
What if someone doesn’t find it?
The greeting works at first glance, like any Christmas card. The hidden message is there for anyone who looks closer, and the card itself invites them to. If you’d like, add a short line to your email, such as “Look closer. There’s a message in the dots.”
Can we use it in paid ads or on merchandise?
Not under the standard terms. They cover your 2026 holiday emails, website, organic social posts, and printed cards. For anything else, ask first.
Can we use it again next year?
Your terms cover the 2026 holiday season. Anything you’ve already posted can stay in your archives. For next year’s greetings, just ask Hiddot.
